ANNUAL VISIT

Age and gender appropriate comprehensive history

• Includes discussion about status of previously diagsnosted stable conditions

Age and gender appropriate comprehensive physical exam (IF NECESSARY)

• Gyn exam, breast exam, pap smear

• Pelvic exam not required

Counseling/anticipatory guidance/risk factor reduction interventions

• Discussions about issues related to the patients age or lifestyle

Ordering of appropriate lab or diagnostic procedures and immunizatinos.
